Prospective Families 101

Dear Prospective Family,

We are so glad you are here! This page is set up to be a resource for you to begin and move through the admissions process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Keri Baker, our Advancement Director, at 813.963.2242 or kbaker@hillelacademytampa.com.


Step 1: Come in for a tour! We would love to have you visit our beautiful campus and meet with our Head of School and Advancement Director.

Step 2: Fill out the admissions application (1 per student). Click HERE to access the application. *Please note that the application for the 2020-21 school year will open in September.

  • Please make sure to upload all requested documents - you may come back and upload them after you have submitted your application
  • Once this application is submitted, we will reach out to you to schedule a shadow visit for your student(s) where they will visit with their peer group for a full school day (Kindergarten-8th grade) or for part of the day (preschool).

Step 3: If you are planning on applying for Variable Tuition click HERE for more information complete the application.

Step 4: Consider applying for additional scholarships if needed. Click HERE for more information.

Step 5: Enrollment for new families will begin in February - accepted students will receive information at this time about their contracts and outcome of Variable Tuition process (if you applied). If space permits in a grade, we accept applications on a rolling basis.
